• Payment is required upon booking. Once the payment is processed, our system will promptly send you a comprehensive booking confirmation via email, providing all the necessary details.

• Our cancellation policy is accessible through the Terms & Conditions, and for added flexibility, you have the option to purchase a 15 euro cancellation insurance. This insurance ensures a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour start.

• In the event that a tour fails to reach the minimum number of participants, we will notify you in advance. You'll have the choice of opting for an alternative solution if available or receiving a refund, allowing you to decide the preferred course of action.

• To ensure a smooth planning process, we recommend making your reservations well in advance. For last-minute bookings, we will communicate with you to confirm the feasibility of the tour.

• If your desired tour displays a waitlist, you can sign up and receive notifications if seats become available. It's advisable to secure a spot on your second choice tour, and if openings arise on the preferred tour, changes can be made without additional fees, barring any cost difference between the two tours.

ABOUT THE MEETING PLACE & TIME:

All of the day tours start from our Grape Tours office in downtown Florence (address: Via dei Renai 19 - google map Grape Tours in Tuscany) where you can check in around 10 minutes prior to your tour start (time of your tour on your confirmation voucher email). The meeting point is just 5 minutes walk from the old bridge, Ponte Vecchio, and it's possible to reach on foot from anywhere in central Florence.

 

In Via dei Renai 19 you will see the sign "Formaggioteca Terroir" which is our Cheese & Wine Bar/Shop. You are also very welcome to visit after your tour to sip an extra glass of wine and check out some of the delicious traditional products we have, or ship wines home.
