How to book:

When you decide to book a tour, follow the booking button link that you'll find at the bottom of the page of the trip that you've chosen. There is a 500 euro per person registration fee/deposit that is requested at the moment of registration.

Confirmation:

Tours will be confirmed when the minimum attendance number has been reached, and at least 120 days prior to the beginning of the tours. Should the tour not run due to low attendance the deposit will be refunded. 

Remaining payment:

Once the tour is confirmed with the minimum number of participants, the balance of the tour is due 120 days before the beginning of the tour.

Cancellation:

Should you not be able to go due to force majeure, you will be able to reschedule and use your deposit towards another tour (up to 120 days before the tour starts).

Get trip insurance!

We highly recommend getting trip insurance that covers you fully in any unforeseen events.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFO:

On tours where transportation from place to place is involved, please pack light. You are recommended to have no more than one large suitcase (22 inches would be ideal) and one carry-on (eg. backpack).

There is not a lot of walking required on the tours, though some activities (e.g. visits to historical towns may require some walking most often on uneven cobblestoned streets - which one can always skip if not up to it). We do not organize strenuous hikes, but you should be able to walk with ease as sometimes we have to meet the bus down a driveway, etc. Stairs are also commonly found inside the wineries and elevators are not always available.

Our tours are mostly all-inclusive. This however does not include the mini-bar in the hotels and beverages other than host-ordered.

Guests can opt out of activities, but these cannot be refunded.

Changes:

Changes to scheduled activities could occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Should this happen, we will rearrange the activity or schedule a similar one in order to make up for the inconvenience.
