Sauvignon Blanc in Burgundy

Sauvignon Blanc is a noble French grape usually associated with the Loire valley or Bordeaux. But did you know that you can actually find Sauvignon Blanc in Burgundy?

In fact, the small Saint-Bris AOC appellation, close to Chablis, gives those typical flinty notes that it’s famous for in its well-known Chardonnay counterpart.
